It gave me the experiences and challenges that shape who I am as an artist and what I write about.

Croydon, I moved from Thornton heath to live with a partner.

What got you into making music in the first place?

I was first introduced to music at 14 via a music course.

What process, or processes, do you often find yourself using when you write songs?

I start with a beat that fits the emotional I wish to write on and start creating melodies on what comes to my head when I listen to a piece of music and I than developed these melodies into lyrics.

How long have you been playing open mic nights?

Why did you get into playing them in the first place?

I was introduced through a music group I was apart of.

What advice would you give new performers who are just starting out playing their first open mics?

To use open mic nights to gain experience and perfect your craft.

What’s the hardest thing, for you, about playing open mics?

My cd actually playing lol

What’s the most bizarre, or fun, open mic, or gig, you’ve ever played, and why?

I was apart of a 7 night show called purgatory were i played one of the deadly sins and created and performed a song describing the sin of greed

What do you currently find the hardest and biggest obstacles to moving your music career forward?

Marketing and networking

I’m working on releasing a brand new ep
