I’ve not grown up

I’m still being influenced everyday

Hatfield, life, fate and Destiny.

What got you into making music in the first place?

Experiences in life and my Spiritual Guides.

Who would be in your top 10 musical influences, and why?

Elvis, Beatles, U2, Paul Simon, Eurythmics, Coldplay, Simply Red, Bob Dylan, Queen, George Michael,

They are all great song writers, performers, entertainers.

Yes

How many years have you been writing songs for?

What process, or processes, do you often find yourself using when you write songs?

I sometimes have a subject that starts me off, maybe a tune in my head or it can be just raw emotion from an experience I have felt in life whether it’s been a relationship breakup or even losing a loved one.

How long have you been playing open mic nights?

Why did you get into playing them in the first place?

Somewhere to practice and to entertain the public, an escapism from normal life.

What advice would you give new performers who are just starting out playing their first open mics?

Do your best, play with your heart and don’t worry because everyone will be supportive of you. Also that every time you play you will become stronger and better.

What’s the hardest thing, for you, about playing open mics?

Playing to an empty venue, or to an unreceptive audience.
