How did that place influence your music? (if at all!)

it gave me an insight as to the lows of life and how hard working for a living is.

Where are you based now, and why?

Wembley, I’m in London for university education.

What got you into making music in the first place?

My friend, he got me into rap by watching 8 mile.

What process, or processes, do you often find yourself using when you write songs?

If I’m writing an original composition it always starts on guitar, my Rap songs all come from freestyles which then develop.

How long have you been playing open mic nights?

Why did you get into playing them in the first place?

I needed a platform for growth and to enhance my performance ability.

What advice would you give new performers who are just starting out playing their first open mics?

Get up to it, the sooner the better.

What’s the hardest thing, for you, about playing open mics?

Not knowing who’s there, not knowing if the show will go south.

If it’s not already, are you hoping to make music your full-time career?

Yes

What do you currently find the hardest and biggest obstacles to moving your music career forward?

Finding my sound, I can make anything I put my mind to so finding my niche is difficult.

What’s the one truth about you that people often find surprising?

I wanted to be in a Nu-metal band as a rapper/scream vocalist.

What’s the most exciting project you’re working on at the moment?

My band, Collided. For my rap music, probably the release after this one.
